Julie from The Pet Feeders visited before I used them the first time to meet Tiggy and familiarise herself with his medication and I've used The Pet Feeders whenever I've been away since. I always get a written, daily report of Tiggy's feeding, medication and mood and I'm confident he gets a lot of fuss while I'm away.
